ODP Amendment at 7760 W 38th Ave (Wheat Ridge Plaza ODP Amd)
The applicant is requesting an amendment to the property-specific zoning document to allow more flexibility for signage. The existing Planned Commercial Development (PCD) that regulates development and signs on the property was approved in the 1970s and is significantly more restrictive that the City's standard sign code. The applicant is requesting that the zoning document be amended such that the site is subject to the City's standard sign code (Article VII in Chapter 26 of the code); this is the same code that regulates most commercial signage in the City.
