Item No. 1a - RESO - IGA CDOT for Wads Path project
The City has entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with CDOT for the construction of a sidewalk on the west side of Wadsworth Boulevard between 32nd and 35th Avenues. A separate IGA is required between the Parties for long-term maintenance responsibilities of the improvements.
