Charles Abbott Associates, Inc. (CAA) provides contractual Building Division services for the city. Payment to CAA occurs monthly and is based on permit-related revenues. The 2025 budget approved $868,000 for building division services; however, actual permit activity exceeded estimates resulting in higher contract expenses. This resolution amends the 2025 budget to reconcile revenues and expenses and to allow payment of year-end invoices.
