The item under consideration is to amend Chapter 26 of the Wheat Ridge Code of Laws to update the review process for qualifying affordable housing projects and to update accessory dwelling unit (ADU) setback requirements for some zone districts to ensure compliance with state regulations, in order to remain eligible for state funding opportunities.
