On February 23, 2026, staff presented city council with a potential list of sidewalk gap projects to be designed and funded by the 2J Next Chapter Bond Fund. The list of projects to be completed in this initial phase has been modified and additional work added following city council feedback.
The purpose of this contract is to begin design on seven street segments and two HAWK signals identified on the February 23rd study session.
