Item No. 3 - ORD - sale of city owned property
The purpose of this action is to request City Council approval for the sale of approximately 0.31 acres of City-owned real property located at 3805 Wadsworth Boulevard to HCA-HealthONE LLC for a purchase price of $422,500. Approval of this ordinance will also authorize the execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) and associated closing documents.
