Item No. 3 - RESO - amend budget for DOLA grant
The City of Wheat Ridge was awarded approximately $4.5 million in funding from the State of Colorado Department of Local Affairs Transit Oriented Communities Infrastructure grant program to support Foothills Regional Housing. The funds will be used to pay for public infrastructure improvements for the Ridge Road Master Plan development. The city must accept the grant award to receive and appropriate the funding in the annual budget.
