The applicant is requesting approval of a 2-lot subdivision on property zoned Residential-One C (R 1C) and located at 2844 Depew. The property currently consists of 5 substandard lots. The purpose of the request is to demolish the existing structures and allow for the construction of two new single-family homes.

Approval of subdivisions are ministerial actions and have no discretionary review criteria. Subdivisions are required to comply with the underlying zoning and with the subdivision regulations in Chapter 26, Article IV. An analysis of the subdivision is provided in the staff report linked above.
