What changes to the 32nd and Xenon intersection will occur to ensure that additional traffic isn't cutting through a residential neighborhood? How will the western portion of the shopping center be connected to this new construction? How far away from the street will the building be? What considerations are being considered for noise and light pollution for the adjoining residential properties? Will there be additional landscaping added to help with this? How does the business ensure that no additional pollution is being leaked into our water drainage system? How will the sidewalks be effected both during construction and after completion? How long will the construction take and during what times of day?
