Item No. 3 - Ordinance amend. Sect. 21-30 re: perf. warranty
Chapter 21 of the Code of Laws, entitled Streets and Sidewalks, regulates all construction and operation in public rights-of-way (ROW). The Chapter was comprehensively revised in 2020. This ordinance amends the required warranty period for public improvements from three years to two years. This is sufficient for the City’s needs and is consistent with the requirements of many other Denver area cities.
